1. Products

Arsenas offers made-to-order, customized, and occasion wear designed according to individual client requirements.

We make every effort to display our products, colors, details, and finishes as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting, fabric characteristics, embellishments, and the handmade nature of certain details.

Such minor variations should not necessarily be considered defects.

2. Customization

Many Arsenas pieces are customized specifically for the individual client.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing information, and customization requirements when placing an order.

Once an order has entered production, changes to measurements, designs, or other specifications may not always be possible. Any requested changes will be considered depending on the stage of production and feasibility.

3. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed once the required advance or payment has been received and the order has been accepted by Arsenas.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of placing an order, including contact details, measurements, delivery information, and customization requirements, is accurate.

4. Order Timelines

As Arsenas pieces are made according to individual requirements, production timelines vary depending on the type of order.

Approximate timelines are:

• Bridal Orders: Approximately 2 months
• General Orders: Approximately 1.5 months

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the design, level of customization, availability of materials, order requirements, and other circumstances.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices applicable to an order will be communicated at the time of purchase or confirmation.

Additional charges may apply for certain customizations, alterations, special requirements, or delivery services.

For international orders, shipping charges will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on the order and destination.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order.

If an eligible cancellation request is made within this period, the advance payment made towards the order will be refunded.

Once the 3-day cancellation period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns & Exchanges

As Arsenas pieces are customized specifically for individual clients, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

Returns will only be considered in cases where a product is received with a genuine defect or damage.

All such requests are subject to review by the Arsenas team in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Arsenas website, including photographs, videos, graphics, logos, designs, text, artwork, product imagery, and other materials, belongs to Arsenas or the respective rights holders.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, or commercially used without prior written permission.

9. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its functionality, or use its content for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

Arsenas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when required. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India.
