We understand that plans can change. However, because Arsenas pieces are customized and production is planned according to individual orders, cancellations are only available for a limited period.
Cancellation Window
An order may be cancelled within 3 days of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact Arsenas Customer Care within this period and provide your order details.
Refund on Cancellation
If an eligible order is cancelled within the 3-day cancellation period, the advance payment made towards the order will be refunded.
After the Cancellation Window
Once 3 days have passed from the date the order was placed, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
This is because materials, production, customization, or other preparations for the individual order may already have begun.
