Our approximate order timelines are:
- Bridal Orders: Approximately 2 months
- General Orders: Approximately 1.5 months
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the design, customisation requirements, availability of materials, order volume, and other circumstances.
Where there is a significant change affecting an order timeline, our team will communicate with the customer accordingly.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Please ensure that your name, contact number, address, PIN code, and other delivery information are complete and accurate when placing your order.
Arsenas cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
International delivery is available.
International shipping charges are borne by the customer and will depend on factors including the order, delivery destination, and applicable shipping costs.
The relevant shipping charges will be communicated to the customer based on the individual order.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable, may be additional to the shipping charges.
